Have you ever experienced frustration?
Do you know what frustration is?
It’s when you want things to be other than what they are. Think about that.
You want life, people, circumstances to be different, Right Now!
But they’re not.
So what should you do?
When Things Are Not Going According to Your Plan
Instead of fighting, try allowing.
When things go “wrong” my default reaction is to be calm and know that everything will be ok (even if I can’t see that yet).
Doing this will bring you:
- Clarity of mind
- The ability to find solutions on what to do next.
When you accept what can’t be changed you will receive peace of mind.
Anger clouds and poisons my mind and body.
It separates me from love and peace. I choose calm always.
Doing this I benefit with:
- Clarity of mind.
- Steady stable energy in my body.
- Peaceful content emotions.
- Loving in my heart.
My Confession to You
I hate it when things don’t go my way. Remembering these things above helps me a lot.
