I have a “new” blog called RunningZen. The goal is to share tips, ideas, and reviews for runners. Some of the content will be pretty standard, but useful. And I hope that some of the content will be eccentric-and useful. This is a work in progress. I would love it if you would come visit and check out some of my beginning articles.     Nice Blog, I checked it out and have bookmarked it so I can check back for new posts as I get time. I’m a big runner, but I’m always looking for some tips to help me improve or to share some of my “lessons learned”.
