    As strange as it sounds to answer the question about getting off the treadmill of life. I found the best thing for me is to get on a real treadmill.

    I have a machine in a room that I have dedicated to fitness training and I close the door to that room hop on my treadmill and Just relax and take a nice walk.

    I like the treadmill because I live in the city and people drive crazy around here. There was a jogger hit by a car just last week. He didn’t die but probably won’t be jogging for a while.

    The man is right ; Running/walking on a treadmill will relax and remove the day to day stress.
