That was a very good article and I agree with all of your points. I especially liked your destressing ideas. Although I agree 100% with the caffeine free life too.

Gaining an edge, or a competitive advantage has to do with many things. Your post was an interesting read, but here is a suggestion.
Clarify the true difference you can make that no one else can. Deliver this message in a concise manner. Make sure your audience cares.
If you do this, the business will come.

That was really interesting share of info. Actually, i think it all boils down to persistence and a little bit of luck. But still, luck will only come if you have persisted… Does if sound right??

Thanks for a great article. I would like to add one tip related with the article. What I do is to fill warm water in bath tab and stay in the bath tab until I start sweating. I try to do this once a day. Feel better means more energy, right?

On the contrary, To get to the edge of business is crucial to operate a business – every business requires plan for growth and success. It’s not just the mood and energy – it’s what you plan.

My philosophy in business has always been to practice the “slight edge” approach…that is, simple disciplines (however big or small) repeated over time.
Your post ties in nicely. If one practices the energy enhancement advice you’ve laid out, improvement in their busines life would be inevitable.
Best to you,
Scott

@bus plan – ah, yes, the planning is so so important. Of course so is execution of the plan which takes energy, hence the focus on energy for gaining an edge.
But without a plan, you’re just swimming without direction.
Thanks for the good point!

Very instructive article; but the hardest part is to keep the schedule up *every day*, even – or rather especially – when you’re not feeling like it.
