		<description>Too often people forget to reward themselves when they achieve a goal.  Rather than hurrying to accomplish the next goal, take the time to enjoy reaching it.  This process makes the act of goal achievement much more pleasurable.  We tend to move away from pain and move towards pleasure.  The more pleasurable an activity becomes, the more behavioral reinforcement there is to complete the next goal.</description>
