Writing down your goals and then crossing them off once accomplished, is a great way to keep yourself accountable to your goals.

Too often people forget to reward themselves when they achieve a goal. Rather than hurrying to accomplish the next goal, take the time to enjoy reaching it. This process makes the act of goal achievement much more pleasurable. We tend to move away from pain and move towards pleasure. The more pleasurable an activity becomes, the more behavioral reinforcement there is to complete the next goal.

I agree, especially as business owners…we sometimes forget to reward OURSELVES. Take care of the staff but take care of yourself too.
