I will normally excuse myself and go to toilet for fresh water or request to have a 10 minute sleep and work extra later.

Got an embarrassing story about sleeping at classes. Good tips, although I don’t need them much anymore because now I am working from home.

I find that if you try to find a question that you want to ask. it helps keeps you awake. whereas if you don’t have questions, you won’t bothered to be interested and thus go to sleep.

@Gone to sleep - I think you’re right. However if you are still not falling asleep, then maybe there is something your mind wants to get resolved before it will let you go back to sleep. Thank you for commenting!!
