    I think you have to make sure you get the right people on your side - early - and that you consider what your actions will do to the office as a whole. Make sure you address what’s in it for the influential people and that you’re not going to be the only one benefiting from your actions.

    I think the most important thing is just open and honest communication. It’s been a while since I was in a traditional office setting, but I know just not holding things in can help. Otherwise people go postal!
