Taming our gremlins is a life long gift that we use repeatedly, with a sense of control, in every facet of life, with increasing competence and creativity. The more a person does it, the better he becomes. Please attend the free teleconference call with Jane Massengill on Thursday, 31st July 6pm Pacific Time and learn more about taming your gremlin.

I agree with the earlier comment about using EFT techniques, they've made a positive impact in my life as well as many friends. Thanks for this post! Mike

Great Post! I agree with you that we must clearly identify and counter our limiting beliefs/thoughts/negative emotions. By reading this I think everyone can feel healthy.

I really don't know anyone who doesn't have a Gremlin, if we are honest. I really liked your list and the idea that we feed our gremlin. Something to think about.

Your 'Gremlin' is your egotism. Our vanity makes us fret. We want things that are not in line with our true destiny.

Get in touch with your conscience, and you'll be fine!

I live with a frightening goblin, that is my loneliness. I'm trying, little by little, to avoid feeding him, but it's really hard, because I'm too shy. I really hope to defeat him, one day or another.

Hi Sully

I decided to check out your website when I saw that it was also listed on Priscilla Palmer's Personal Development List. And am I really glad I did. In addition, I'm liking what I see on your site so I've also subscribed to receive more of such articles.

Anyway, I truly agree with you that we must clearly identify and counter our limiting beliefs/thoughts/negative emotions or Gremlins, as you call them. I dub them as Inner Monsters but Gremlins seem so much more cooler.

I also like the way you use Socratic questions to help your readers approach and overcome the problem more systematically. I personally use Socratic or Meta (as I call them, sorry just had to introduce this word as I really like the sound of it)questions to find solutions to any problems.

I will also like to recommend that one uses the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Sedona Method in addition to Socratic/Meta Questionsto counter one's Gremlins. Both methods are simple & easy to utilise and what's more they are absolutely free.

All right then, once again, great article. I'll be back to check out your website soon so I sincerely hope to see more of your work.

Best Regards
