I would suggest people to read the book “Tibetan book of living and dying” by the renowned Sogyal Rinpochhe.
You will gain a new perspective after reading it.

Thank you for sharing some of what you learned in your course. I find the topics of Buddhism, philosophy, history (and many more) to be very interesting.

Unfortunately, I don’t have a lot of free time to do much reading on many of the topics I’d like to learn more about. But I agree with one of the other comments.. If you have more to share with us about Zen, meditation, etc., I’d love to hear about it!

It is a good reminder to accept some parts of your life instead of trying to avoid them. Aging, for example.
