I checked out your guest post at LifeHack. Very interesting. I’ve been playing around with the idea of vitality in my mind and trying to nail down a definition that will help to lead me there. This is an excellent starting point. Thanks. So far, I exercise an hour a day outside and try to eat relatively pure foods.
