		<description>I recently learned a technique for losing weight that includes writing down 10 positive affirmations, e.g. (I can lose weight) and then and writing (each time) the first response that comes to mind, (like, "yeah right" or "whatever" or "no way". Be they good or bad responses, by doing this everyday it will help to identify what is really going on the subconcious mind and then be able to make strategies accordingly.</description>
