    That’s just the article I needed. My girlfriend has headed home to visit family and friends and I’ve been left to fend for myself. I’ve never been the keenest of cooks but a diet of ready made meals over the last few weeks has led me to try and broaden my cooking spectrum.

    What is funny is that everyone knows those tips but very few follow them :(. I myself a bit overweight but cannot force myself to eat properly. Thanks for the article.

    All great tips for eating and living write, unfortunately all the best tips in the world are difficult to maintain without developing healthy habits, keep up the good work.

    Great post, sadly my self control could still use some work :( I have been keeping up on tips over at Howcast.com http://www.howcast.com/categories/494-Diet around dieting and seeing some of the people’s videos have really helped me get a grip on things!
