7+ a week, so that we have sth to read every day;)

I voted for less, not because I can’t read less but because I think there are too many blogs that follow the “post once per day” dogma. I’m now turning off the once-per-day blogs slowly because I find they’re a bit too thin. Your posts aren’t - they’re useful and interesting. To follow that theme, fewer really well thought out posts would help you stand out from the “noise”, and give you more time for family and for posting guest posts.
But that’s just a thought

Around 4 like now is perfect… I prefer quality rather than quantity and the posts I’ve seen so far since I subscribed were great.

I don’t think quantity is all that important. You need to keep some fresh content on the front page, but I prefer to see high quality posts.
You do a great job with content, so if the current posting level works for you, stay with it.

I agree with Quint. It’s not about the quantity of posts so much as it is the quality.
Either way, keep up the good work.
