		<description>i find a lot of healthy snacks can be bland in flavour. a simpl remedy for this that i found a coupleof years ago is to start using a lot of chilli peppers in my cooking. they liven up even the blandest of dishes, not just because of their heat. hot varieties such as habaneros have a wonderful flavour. if you do not like the heat just simply remove the seeds before cooking!</description>
