What i have learned in my small time of being a salesman is that you have to be able to maintain a great fun positive additude so that the customer feels it. Dont keep things to serius dont talk to much and answer all of your customers questions.</description>

@Pamela - for the first years I was in sales, I always thought that planning took too much time and I just wanted to be "doing." But once I took some time to do some planning, Wow! It really made a difference in my performance and also in how I felt. It got rid of anxiety because I knew I was on the right track. thanks for commenting!

@Dave - thanks. Meeting needs is the #1 goal for a sales person. And taking action is so important. Time is money. And if you waste it ...there will be no success.
