		<description>I recently quit smoking.  This hands down will kickstart your body into giving you more energy.  Just fight hard the first three days, while being smoke free, and then it will only get easier from there.  I also try to cut out caffeine, which helps, but excercise is the second best way to get energy.  It is so easy to make excuses, but if you just walk for a mile or two at least every other day, you will see drastic results.</description>
