		<description>I don't know what I would do without RSS feed! These are all great tips. I would also suggest that you only check your RSS once or twice a day. With such easy access to information, it's tempting to spend all your time checking for updates.</description>

		<description>I totally need to improve my presentation of rss on my sites.  I know it would help me. I guess I have another weekend project.  But as far as me using it RSS has been one of the best timesavers of my day.  I used to surf for about 3 hours every morning and now using my reader it usually takes me about 45 minutes to go through all of my regular sites and news.  I still have to go through a few sites manually but for the most part RSS has been one of the great efficiencies of the internet.</description>
